A couple of weeks ago, I had the best staycation with my friend Danielle at the Fearrington House Inn in Pittsboro, NC. Pittsboro is a quaint town right outside of Durham & Chapel Hill. Fearrington Village is easy to get lost in browsing through stores, enjoying a cup of coffee at The Goat, and strolling the property looking at the Belties, the residential cows and goats. Danielle and I had the best time exploring, relaxing in the adirondack chairs on the front lawn, but also having girl talk when getting ready for dinner.
Our room at the Fearrington House Inn was absolutely dreamy and was so pretty, we didn’t want to leave. The Fearrington House Inn offers 4 different style rooms. Our room was the deluxe room and had the prettiest sitting area. Our bathroom had a towel heating rack with Molton Brown toiletries. Our room was close to the Garden House, which is a lounge exclusively for guests, and the sunroom, which is open 24 hours for guests. There are plenty of trails to walk or run, but also bikes for you to borrow if you are feeling adventurous. Turndown service is offered nightly with housemade chocolates and Port. Also included is gourmet breakfast at the Fearrington House Restaurant.
When Danielle and I arrived in our room, we were greeted with beautiful classical music from the iPod docking station in our room and housemade chocolates. Bottled water, apples, and fresh flower arrangements from the garden were also in our room. I love staying places where the red carpet is rolled out to make me feel right at home.
And these cosmetic bags from Sloane Ranger are perfect for travel, or for everyday use if you’re like me.
Next time you’re looking for a fun getaway, whether it’s for a girls’ night or for a birthday, anniversary, or any reason for staycation, check out the Fearrington House Inn. It is absolutely gorgeous and has so much to offer! The gardens are gorgeous and you can spend all day exploring the farm (stay tuned for more posts to come on this)!

I hope you have a great Tuesday!
I received a complimentary night stay at The Fearrington House Inn. All opinions I have shared about the experience are my own.
