One of my goals on my winter bucket list was to try out a new recipe. I saw this recipe in the holiday edition of Southern Living and just had to try it.
- 1/4 gin (I used Tanqueray)
- 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- club soda
- garnish: Rosemary sprig
