Whenever David and I decide to make some updates to a room, it usually starts as one of us texting a screenshot of an idea, which eventually transitions to an inspiration board. I shared our master bedroom inspiration board here and our home office ideas here. This has been really helpful in streamlining our ideas as we begin making the updates.
Our guest bathroom is on the smaller side, and a bit choppy, but has a lot of potential. The fixtures are in great shape, so we opted for more cosmetic updates. We’re using our newly-freed up weekends for this work. Here are our inspiration ideas for our guest bedroom updates. And you can find our finished guest bathroom here.

Really loving the gold fixtures and countertops. Image via Pinterest.
We opted for this round mirror in gold. I adore this wooden vanity and concrete countertop, too. Image via Pinterest.Â
Our guest bath only has one light fixture, which is the vanity fixture, that currently exists with three lights. I like the update of this one! Image via Pinterest
This floor tile is one of my very favorites these days. Image via Pinterest
My style is transitioning a bit from farmhouse style, but there are elements that I still like pulling in. What I really like about this space is the tile floor, the color of the vanity, the stool and basket, and the towels. Image via Pinterest.
One of my very favorite Instagram accounts is Nicole for her beautiful interior design, her floral arrangements, and her chickens. I adore the tile, the color of these cabinets, and the hardware. Her taste is impeccable, y’all.Â
I’ve started working on the guest bathroom already, and opted for Sherwin Williams Topsail for the walls. I’m painting our cabinets a gray color and doing some facelifts to the tile and to the countertops. Stay tuned for the reveal in the next couple of weeks! You can get a sneak peek by following along over on my Instastories, including the highlight I created for the guest bathroom here, and by checking out some of the shopping links below. P.S.
