With the warm weather here in North Carolina, I am loving Bella Mar in Cameron Village for affordable spring fashion. Bella Mar is relatively new to Cameron Village, but its first location is in Wendell (read here about where to have lunch if you check out that location). Bella Mar has such a great vibe, right when you walk in. The shop is open and airy, and has really interesting details throughout the shop. The shop owner, Mercedes Rico, incorporated family elements throughout by having her dad, who is in construction, design her vision of an urban loft.
Bella Mar carries a variety of styles, most of which are boho chic. While the shop features lots of fashion forward pieces, there is also an amazing selection of closet staples, like the jean shorts you’ll see below. Mercedes is in the shop to provide suggestions on how to pair outfits and provide fashion advice. I loved spending time going through the pieces to create outfits and pairing the clothing with the accessories in the shop. There
I love the details throughout, like the Good Vibes metal art on the wall. I have also been a big fan of TokyoMilk scents and their products make great gifts if you are looking for something unique. And let’s be honest, it’s never too early to start thinking of Mother’s Day gifts.
I loved styling this chambray OTS top from Bella Mar for lunch at Cantina 18. This shirt paired nicely with my favorite white jeans and flats. Be sure to check back on Friday for various ways to style your white jeans for spring!
I am thrilled to be working with Bella Mar this season with Cameron Village because the shop is getting new spring arrivals in daily! Stay up to date with their selection by following along with Bella Mar on Instagram here.
