Good morning and happy Monday! It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is a little over a week away! I really look forward to hosting Thanksgiving supper each year in our home. I’ve always wanted to host a formal Thanksgiving event, but I really love having a comfy, cozy evening after eating too much. This sweater is one of my favorites in my closet for fall. It’s lightweight enough for warmer afternoons and it also pairs well under a blazer. These jeans are the ones I’m consistently reaching for this season as well. I love the wash and the fit, plus they are high waisted.

I wear this sweater all. the. time. I have paired it with jeans, black work pants, my favorite faux leather leggings, and this velvet skirt from J. Crew. I will more than likely wear this sweater and some sort of combo mentioned above for our Thanksgiving supper.

I paired this skirt with a lightweight sweater and ankle boots. I’d also pair with tights or over-the-knee boots on cooler days to keep my legs warm.
