Good morning & Happy Friday! Â As I mentioned yesterday, I cannot believe that we are already halfway through the month. Â This has been such a whirlwind month, but if I’m being honest, I can’t believe it’s already June. Â Since I like to do a coffee talk halfway through the month, this is perfect timing because I have so many thoughts swirling through my head I’d like to share.
I cannot believe that on Tuesday I will be done with one session of Grad School. Â Those 6 weeks fly by!
There are several posts sitting in my que that I have been working on a little bit at a time that I had plans on sharing back in Apri and May. Â Let’s just say that’s how I feel this year is going.
I decided to take a break from the online class I teach. Â There were times where I was going from my full-time job, to home to work on the online course, to trying to stay current on my blog, and I just crashed. Â I realized I can’t do everything well when I stretch myself that thin.
DG and I are so excited about being under contract on our next house, and I can’t wait to share more information with you on how we got to this point after we close. Â I’d love your positive vibes, prayers, and thoughts as we are rapidly approaching the close date.
Speaking of positive vibes and prayers, I want to give a huge shout out to my girl, Hannah, who sent me a snap of her prayer journal where she prayed for a speedy sale on our house.  I got all teary eyed when she sent me that.  I don’t know how I got so lucky to have the friends I do, but man, did I hit the jackpot!
I have already made a list of things that I’d like to update in our second house. Â I cannot wait to have a new house to decorate. Â First things on the list: fence in the yard for Winston & Gizmo, rocking chairs and a swing for the front porch, a new couch, and a king sized bed. Â There’s not a real rush on anything but the fence though.
When I got back from Tampa, everyone was a bit shocked to learn that we hadn’t started packing yet. Â DG and I both work better under pressure, so we’ve kicked it in overdrive mode. Â We’re tackling one room at a time and so far, it’s worked.
I am hoping to get some time this summer to get back to writing my small town travel guides for North Carolina. Â I’ve been missing my quick day trips, so I’m hoping once the move slows down, that can happen. Â Those are my favorite posts to write, and I hope you enjoy reading as much as I like sharing.
I realized recently that I haven’t bought new clothes in quite some time. Â I have been purging clothes out of my closet for the move, but haven’t really been replacing with more. Â This is a new concept for me, and I have to say, I appreciate not having the clutter. Â I’ve been trying to be more intentional with my purchases and it feels great.
I’ve also been more intentional about the types of products I’m using. Â Hello Products makes a great line up of toothpaste that uses all natural ingredients. Â My personal favorite is the Sensitivity Relief Flouride Toothpaste, but really, each one I’ve tried has been awesome.
Products provided courtsey of Hello Products. Â As always, all opinions are my own.

What’s on your mind this week?
Be sure to stop by on Monday to catch up with Biana and me for weekending.
P.S. Did you check out this week’s posts? Â Here’s a recap from Tampa, the comfy striped linen tunic I wore at Hotel Henry in Buffalo, my current favorite beauty products, and my favorite cocktal recipe using Southern Breeze Sweet Tea.

Congrats on finishing your first session of grad school! I don’t know how you do everything you do, but hopefully stepping back from that class will allow some time to relax. Your sweet comment made me all teary eyed! I am so thankful for you. I love reading back in my journal and seeing answered prayers. I was looking through and saw that so many had been answered. God is so good! I can’t wait to see the new house come together. It’s going to be gorgeous!
I am dying to hear more about your new house! So so so exciting and I bet you’re so pumped to have a clean slate to begin decorating!
