After last year‘s fun holiday kick off, Angela, Courtney, and I got together last weekend for a little holiday style & fun at the Family Farm on Avent Ferry. You’ve seen the family farm here, here, and here before on my blog. Despite the fact that DG & I have moved, we still love this space and look forward to getting our tree from there every year. I was so excited to share this experience with Angela & Courtney and get in some quality girl time over Thanksgiving break.
This farm is always decorated so appropriately for the seasons, and I love that they have smores for the fire pit. Courtney brought cookies, so I made a smore out of two cookies and a burnt marshmellow, and it was ah-mazing.
I picked up these mugs from the Hearth and Hand collection at Target. DG built this tray for my office for my Keurig, and he modified the instructions in this post to create it.
I definitely recommend checking out the family farm on evening or weekend to get in the holiday spirit. We had the best time exploring the property after our time by the fire where we got to catch up over smores and hot chocolate.
I wore this sweater from Loft, my favorite high waisted jeans from J. Crew Factory, my trusty wool socks, and my L.L. Bean Boots. I never go anywhere without my Ray-Ban Aviators (which were also on my holiday gift guide for her), and while I’ve never been one to wear hats, I am all about a pom hat for winter. And let’s take a moment for these amazing (c/o) Lisi Lerch earrings.
