A few weeks ago, I met some of my favorite blogger friends for dinner at Zoe’s Kitchen in Raleigh to sample their new menu options and to catch up on life and blogging ideas. I’ve been a long time fan of Zoe’s Kitchen, and I was not disappointed with the new options on the menu at our dinner.
We had the best time chatting with the manager, John, who offered suggestions on what to order based on our preferences. I’ll be honest and tell you that I went rogue on his suggestions and I left wishing I had listened to him. Not that my meal wasn’t amazing, because the chicken roll-ups were delicious, but the new cauliflower bowl was seriously the best. We also started with an appetizer of the hummus pita, and my favorite was definitely the basil pesto hummus.
Before we left, we received desserts to sample, and while I’m not always big into sweets, these were delicious! The chocolate chip cookie was warm and gooey, which is really the only way to eat a chocolate cookie in my opinion. I also really enjoyed the chocolate cake.
It was such a treat to be able to meet Angela, Molly, Courtney, and Danielle for dinner during the week to chat. You know there is nothing better for the soul than a little girl time. We shared blog ideas but also, just good things that are going on in our lives, on top of delicious meal.
And special thanks to Glory Roze Photography for being there to capture our evening together.
I was provided a complimentary meal from Zoe’s Kitchen in exchange for my review. All opinions are my own.
Now, I had every intention of heading home to change before meeting the girls for dinner, but my work schedule has been insane coupled with my two grad school classes. So, I just wore what I wore to work, but this was the outfit I had picked out to wear. The sweater vest with the adorable fringe bottom is from The Impeccable Pig, the black quilted sweater is from Fifi’s Fine Resale Apparel, and the earrings and hat are from Ivy & Leo. You can find all three of those stores in Cameron Village and they have the best fall fashion trends without breaking the bank!
