My Weekend Exploring the Triangle According to My iPhone

Good morning and happy Monday, my friends.  Ever since I transitioned to posting three times a week, I have moved away from my traditional weekending posts.  So, I’m excited to share an old school weekending post with y’all this week!  I went on a little day trip with my bff KP and got a lot accomplished so I am feeling much more rested and ready for the week.  Here is my weekend exploring the Triangle according to my iPhone.  P.S. My weekend started with a trip to Salon Lofts to see Katy J. Baugh for a fresh cut, to move my extensions up, and to finally get my eyebrows waxed.  Y’all, it was rough recently, and this made me feel so much more put together.  And a visit with Katy is always good for my soul.

DG brought home takeout and we caught up on The Tonight Show before I fell asleep on the couch, which was really the perfect way to end the workweek.  It’s been a while since I’ve done that and it felt glorious.

Saturday morning, I woke up and took care of some projects around the house before heading to Hillsborough with KP.  It’s been years, and I mean years, since I have been to Hillsborough and I was blown away with our visit.  I cannot wait to share a little travel guide this month, but here are a few of my favorite shots from the weekend.

On Sunday, I decided to skip my workout, cancel all my plans, and I really just continued catching up on some things I have gotten behind on recently.  I took a little break to sit out on the front porch and enjoy the sunshine with the boys.  I gotta tell y’all, I am so ready for our yard to be fenced in so W & G can enjoy running around outside again.  I hate that they don’t have the opportunity to sun like they used to in our old house.
