A Warm Fall Weekend in November

Good morning and happy Monday, friends!  This weekend was a whirl wind full of blog related fun, and I can’t wait to share with you in upcoming posts!  The weather is still unseasonably warm here, and I really loved sharing these looks in Friday’s post from Ivy & Leo in Cameron Village.  Give them a call to order these looks (number found on their website).

Friday night, DG and I spend the evening at home.  I came home at 5:00 from work, promptly changed into my pjs, and fell asleep on the couch.  Last week wiped me out, and I was so grateful to have some time to catch up on sleep.  As much as I dislike the evenings getting dark so early, I appreciate the extra hour of sleep.

Saturday was spent working on upcoming collaborations.  One of my favorite ones that I can share now is this one with some of my favorite blogger gals.  We met at the North Carolina Museum of Art (seen here) and collaborated on outfit pictures.  Be sure to check out Courtney, Danielle, and Tiffany & Lindsey!

Just a few fall scenes from around the art museum.  I loved that the roses were still blooming and gorgeous!  But the leaves are finally changing, and it was cooler than it had been in a while.

Sunday, I woke up feeling rested after a great night’s sleep and the extra hour.  I woke up and did my weekly meal plan with my new favorite fall candle and notepad from Rifle Paper Co.

And, I met up with Johanna and talked about our business ventures, but also we discussed public education in North Carolina.  It was awesome to connect with someone who loves eastern North Carolina and public education as much as I do!  Stay tuned for our upcoming collaboration!  And p.s., she’s relaunching her amazing Etsy shop on Friday!   Lots of stay tuned in this post!
