Good morning & happy August! I cannot believe that we are already in the month of August! This week is an exciting one for me with #TBSCon on Thursday and then a fun vacation with DG and a big change coming towards the end of the month. I hope you’ll stay tuned for an exciting time at I’m Fixin’ To.

I wore this tassel dress to Poole’s Diner to celebrate our third wedding anniversary and the purchase of our new house.

This red dress from Paisley Boutique was perfect for celebrating the 4th of July and I loved pairing it with one of these clutches from Up a Tree Cup a Tea Co.

I wear this chambray shirt at least once a week, and I really loved it paired with my high waisted white jeans and Anchor Beads necklace.

This watermelon dress paired with my trusty Jack Rogers & Vera Bradley bag are on repeat this summer. It’ll be on the blog on Thursday, just in time for National Watermelon Day!

Here’s another look at my chambray and white jean combo paired with my new favorite loafers. DG and I had dinner at J. Alexander’s at Crabtree and it was absolutely delicious!
