Good morning and happy Monday, friends! I am back from a 9 day work trip in Tampa, and I must say that I am very glad to be back. I took an unofficial blog break, especially from Instagram, and to be honest, it was amazing! But, I am looking forward to being back here on this space and sharing with you my 2018 Father’s Day Gift Guide.
One of my favorite local stores to shop for Father’s Day is Great Outdoor Provisions in Cameron Village. Both my dad and DG enjoy fishing, and I cannot even begin to tell you how long DG has been wanting a kayak. They also have a great selection of Tilley hats, which both of them wear in various outdoor activities such as fishing, cutting grass, or hiking. I know Dad and DG would love a Yeti cooler, too. Check out more of my favorites from the store here.
DG has gotten quite a bit of comments on my Instagram posts about this shirt, and I think it is a fun one for summer.
Other ideas include:
- O.A.C. City Watches (see more here)
- J. Crew Striped Board Shorts
- State Shaped Beer Flight
- Barbecue Kitchen Towels
- Craft Beer Club

- NC Barbecue Sauce Assortment
- Wooden Handle Grill Set

What are your favorite gifts to give for Father’s Day? Still looking for ideas? Here is my men’s gift guide for the 2017 holiday season that has some additional options! Not one for material gifts? A day trip to a favorite restaurant or exploring a new town are always fun options! A few years ago, Dad and I went on an adventure he planned for us to a town in eastern NC. It was a really fun experience and one of my favorite ones with him to date.
