I set a personal goal for myself to not buy items just to buy items in 2023. Mostly because whenever we go through a purge of our home, I get really frustrated with the amount of money we have spent on things that we rarely used or wore. With that in mind, I decided to share items that I have tried and loved and would repurchase again. In full disclosure, some of these items were gifts from the holidays and ones that I am thrilled I received.
5 Things I Tried & Loved in January
I love a good lounge jogger and this pair from Beyond Yoga is perfect. They feel like butter and live up to the lightweight description. I cozy up in these for a night of reading with my favorite long sleeve tee and blanket. They come in four colors.
David got me one of these book lights for my stocking for Christmas and I have very much enjoyed using it. I could see it being really useful for traveling by plane in addition to how I use it, which is when I am staying up to read and he is ready for bed. Bonus points because it is rechargeable.
Okay, let’s talk about this. I am not one for wearing a full face of make-up often. However, I do typically wear some sort of light coverage on my face, followed by a swipe of mascara, and now, a swipe of this eyebrow gel. It is the perfect mix of volumizing and giving a little tint without being overpowering. Truth be told, I do not even know how to fill in my eyebrows with a pencil, and thankfully because of this product, I won’t ever have to learn.
I have been taking Ritual vitamins for about two years now and in January, I decided to add the Synbiotic+ to my health routine. This is a 3-in-1 product with prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotic. After one month, I can understand why I have friends who have raved about probiotics for years. P.S. Use this link to get $15 off your first order! I’ll get money off my next order, too!
I am not one to turn down a good pair of house shoes and these slippers are so comfortable and cozy. I love the feel of these, the high ankles, and hard bottoms. Also, I recently wore them to a Galentine’s pajama party and got so many compliments.
