Recently, I’ve been on a graphic tee kick and pairing them with jeans and flats on the weekend, or with a blazer and heeled booties for a more dressed-up look. My other favorite way was with a sequined shirt and denim jacket for my birthday, as seen here. The description on the website for this shirt really expresses my feelings about North Carolina. I always dreamed of moving to a big city but the universe kept me here. I have such pride in all that North Carolina is and can progress to be, and I like sharing all there is to offer. Nothing is better in the summer than a fresh tomato and (Duke’s) mayo sandwich. This shirt comes with the “recipe” for the perfect tomato sandwich.

The Bitter Southerner Abide No Hatred Tee
This shirt has an amazing message that The Bitter Southerner provided in the aftermath of Charlottesville. “White faces have to look straight into the eyes of other white faces and say: I will not abide your hatred.” Every shirt donates $5 to the Southern Poverty Law Center, an organization I feel strongly about, particularly because of their Teaching Tolerance.

Whether you are looking to style a graphic tee with leggings, jeans, or a skirt, graphic tees are the most versatile thing in my closet to style. In early spring, I like to bring a faux leather jacket or one of my blazers to throw on over top of a tee should it get chilly in the evenings. Here are some of my favorite ways to style graphic t-shirts.

I love this look for transitioning to spring, especially on those weird days when it feels like spring hasn’t fully sprung yet.
Casual Jeans & Flats
I don’t typically wear jeans that are this distressed, yet I do love the concept and the pairing with a favorite pair of shoes in my closet.

I love *everything* about this look, though I would not be able to pull off wearing those shoes. However, I love the statement earrings paired with the tee plus the cute little handbag and the cut of the pants. This is just such a great look and one I will be immediately looking to recreate this spring.
Skirt & Sneakers
For spring, I would swap the black faux leather jacket with a lighter color, like a cream or blush one! I do love the skirt with the sneakers.
