I have often proclaimed that I am not good at learning to relax or decompress, but over the last year, I’ve really made a point to find ways to take time for myself and learn to relax. One of my favorite ways to do that is with a good blow out, and I am so excited that DryBar opened its first location in the Triangle! DryBar is located in Waverly Place in Cary and is perfectly located right near Kale Me Crazy, so you can get an açaí bowl after.

Getting a blow out on a Sunday before a busy week or before an event is the perfect treat, but I especially love going on a rainy day. I typically cannot control my own mane during the rain, but DryBar has been super helpful in keeping me looking put together with all the rain we’ve had recently in Raleigh!

The product line up is some of the best with me using the DryBar Detox Dry Shampoo & DryBar Triple Sec often in my own hair care routine. See more of my favorite hair care products here. The salon is beautiful, comes with great options for purifying, scalp massages, and the best blow out options. I usually opt for the Southern Comfort, but I will definitely be trying the Cosmo-Tai on my next visit.

When you go to DryBar Cary, be sure to ask for Jennifer C. She is the friendliest, kindest, and so talented, plus she knows when to chat and when I just want to decompress. She has given m the best volume and style. Sarah, who owns the salon, is so sweet and attentive as well.

I cannot recommend a visit to DryBar Cary enough for the next time you need to treat yourself. It is the best, most relaxing experience and I always leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated.
