Guest Post: Maxi Dresses

Hi! I’m Pamela, the face behind Sequins and Sea Breezes. I’m filling in for the ever so gorgeous Meghan while she’s off enjoying her honeymoon! Totally jealous and I hope she’s having an amazing and relaxing time! If you’ve never checked out my little section of the interwebs before what are you waiting for you can find me writing about fashion, beauty, fitness and lifestyle. What can I say? I don’t like to limit my creative juices 😉 However if you know me at all, you know I have a potentially unhealthy obsession with maxi dresses/skirts. If there was a meeting group for maxi obsession I might be the vice president of said group, that’s how much I love maxis. I can be somewhat lazy when it comes to getting dressed in the morning so the maxi is the perfect thing for me! Today I decided to share with you some of my must have maxis for the summer and maybe add some new members to my maxi obsession group, it’s not much of a group if I’m the only person in it so I gotta do some recruiting!

In my opinion, maxis are the perfect summer staple for many reasons. Not only are the easily dressed up or down and can be taken from day to night simply by changing your shoes and jewelry but they’re also ridiculously comfortable and look good on pretty much everyone. I never thought I’d be able to pull of the maxi dress because I’m short but I’m actually able to rock the maxi pretty easily so if I can do it, so can you!
