In an Instastory last week, I asked what y’all might want to see on the blog for the rest for the year. It’s hard to believe that it’s already September and I’m thinking of how to wrap up content for what has been the most bizarre year. One request came from a follower on recently influenced purchases, and to be honest, this is one of my favorite posts to write. Back in the good ol’ days of blogging, we used to share our purchases and experiences without a ton of sponsored posts. Joey captured this concept really well in a recent post, and so I thought it is a great time to share some recently influenced purchases I’ve made. I’d love to hear some of your favorite purchases recently in the comments, too!
5 Recently Influenced Favorite Purchases
Gap Striped Dress
I saw this dress on Tessa and completely fell in love with it. Since it will be hot and humid until at least October, I appreciate the style but also that the fabric is a bit thicker. I’ve been wearing it with wedges right now and will transition it to boots and a denim jacket.
House of Noa Rug
I’ve come to the understanding that our rugs need to be washable and easy to clean because of our pups. We recently added this House of Noa rug in Namamat in Dove. It’s super comfortable and I actually want to get another to use for when I’m using my make-shift standing desk. I first learned of these rugs from Lindsey and I’m so glad I did because it really has been a welcome addition to our kitchen!
Ruggable Hendesi Heriz Abalone Rug
We’ve had some interesting adventures with ordering couches this year, and I ordered this rug from Ruggable for the original couch we ordered. Lucky for us, the colors work perfectly for the new one we ended up ordering. I’ve seen Ruggables often, but really decided to trust the recommendations when I saw Shelby post about hers.

Safavieh C-Table
David built me a table to use on the arm of the chair in our home office. With the purchase of our new couch and it being a sectional, I wanted a few smaller tables that are convenient to move around. I saw this Safavieh C-Table on Grace’s blog and I have been pleased with it so far. Honestly, it’s a little bit shorter than I thought it would be, but the height has been perfect for using with our chaise lounge.

Vote Necklace
After seeing Michelle Obama’s Vote necklace, I knew I needed to add to my collection of Vote fashion. I had it made on Etsy and I’m so glad I ordered it! I shared this last week in my Friday favorites post and was pleased to see so many of my followers excited about this option!
