It’s been a while since I’ve done a post highlighting some of my favorite items in my bag, so I wanted to share a few of my current purse essentials. These seven items are on a big rotation for me this fall and I am anticipating that I’ll be taking them into the early winter, too! I’ll put in a plug here for some potential gift ideas for the upcoming holiday season.
Over the years, I’ve really been trying to cut down on just how much stuff I have both in our home and in my bags. With that in mind, I’ve been focusing on quality over quantity and am excited to share a few of these pieces. The bag I’ve been carrying over the past couple of years is the Cuyana small structured leather tote with the tote organizer insert. I love how durable and versatile this bag is and have been so pleased with this purchase!
7 Purse Essentials: What’s in my Bag this Fall?
Revision Skin Care Youthfull Lip Replenisher
This is my holy grail of lip products, and trust me, I have been searching for the best for quite a while. It keeps my lips hydrated all day and gives them a nice, natural color. I wear it alone or under my favorite lip color.
L’Occitane Mini Hand Cream
Now that the weather is getting cooler, I love L’Occitane for keeping my hands hydrated. This little mini size is perfect for a purse and the lavender is a nice option if you prefer a scent. Though, I tend to like the shea butter one the best.
Sunglasses
I never go anywhere with a pair of sunglasses. My favorite pair is my pair of Ray-Ban Polarized Aviators, though I have been reaching for these tortoise sunglasses. And those are a great price at under $35!
Eye Lid Wipes
My eyes are pretty sensitive, so I always keep these allergy eye lid wipes in my purse. I have really appreciated having these handy, especially for after my hot yoga classes.
Retractable Ink Pen
Having one of my favorite pens easily accessible is non-negotiable at this point in life. These are my current favorites and I just got a set of these to keep in our home office, too!
Rifle Paper Co. Pocket Notebook
I always keep a pocket notebook in my purse for brainstorming post ideas, things to do list, or any other ideas that I may have that I don’t want to forget. These are the perfect size for a purse pocket and I love the hydrangea design the best!
The Wet Brush Mini Hairbrush
This is a new addition for my purse since I got fringe bangs this fall. This little hairbrush is such a great option for a purse, a glove compartment, or for your travel bag.
