I cannot believe that it has already been 3 weeks since my trip to Chicago! The weather was all over the place on our visit. When we arrived, it was warm & sunny before storms moved in that made it pretty chilly the next day, and then warming back up. The first day we arrived, I wore a navy summer romper I borrowed from my super stylish friend, ECW.
Full disclosure, I try to wear dark colors or prints in the summer to hide my sweat. This came in especially helpful since we went to the wrong architectural boat tour 3 times before finding the right entrance. Kristina, Tilley, and I were legit sprinting (okay, I was jogging) through downtown to get to the right boat. In case you were wondering, we made it and headed straight for mimosas. Below, I’m sharing the two summer rompers I wore on Saturday for #TBSCon.
I mentioned that the architectural boat tour was one of my favorite things I’ve done on my trips to Chicago. See more recommendations here.
Summer Rompers Outfit details:
Vince Camuto romper (borrowed, similar here) // Jack Rogers sandals // Sheila Fajl hoops
Apple watch // David Yurman bangle // Ray-Ban aviators // Gigi New York clutch
And for the Vera Bradley cocktail party, I wore this jumpsuit (sold out) from the Flourish Market (c/o) paired with my favorite wedges & Bourbon & Bowetie bangles (1 2 3), Lisi Lerch earrings, and Gigi New York clutch.
*Don’t forget to use code IMFIXINTO for free shipping at The Flourish Market.
Both of these options were so incredibly comfortable for my first day in the city, but that taste of chilly weather has me so ready for fall temperatures again. Stay tuned for more details on the Blog Societies in the coming weeks. I’ll be sharing my new favorite off-the-shoulder top later this month, too. P.S. If there are specific things that you are interested in seeing on IFT, I’d love for you to shoot me an email at imfixintoblog {at} gmail {dot} com.
I hope y’all are having a great week!
xx

I haven’t jumped on the romper train, but I need to give one a shot. Yours are so cute!
