Happy Friday, friends! Â This was my second week back to work and while I am so excited for what the year holds, I’m also excited for the long weekend! Â But can you believe it’s already September? Â I’ve really been doing some reflecting on how much traveling I was able to do over the summer. Â I had a great summer of opportunities and growth in both of my professional careers, and also, just for fun travel.
In case you missed any of my travel, here are the links to the recaps.
Louisville
Louisville was such a great experience! Â I loved being able to check two states off my list while there. Â Louisville is seriously a cool place to visit.
Windsor
My dad planned a day trip to the sweet town of Windsor, NC. Â We had the best time together and hope to go back once the weather is a bit cooler!
Ocracoke Island
This is a trip I go on every year with my parents & friends. Â It’s the best vacation spot! Â P.S. I am having an article published about Ocracoke in a magazine next month!Â
Charleston
You’ve seen a lot on my social media & my blog about The Blog Societies conference in Charleston. Â Charleston is my favorite city and I have written several recaps. Â Check out my favorite things to do in the city.
Richmond
And our trip to Richmond was a great way to end our summer adventures.
P.S. I am beyond excited to be featured with some of my favorite blogger gals from the area in this month’s issue of Walter Magazine! Â Check out the article here!
I hope you have a great holiday weekend! Â Be sure to link up with Biana & me on Monday!

So many fun places!! We didn’t travel much this summer. Well we did travel almost every weekend but always to the same place… the beach!
You went to so many great places this summer. I didn’t do much of anything this summer thanks to work but I’m hoping to make that up this fall and next spring. Have a wonderful weekend.
Wow! You did squeeze a lot of travel in this summer. How exciting! Looking forward to reading about your summer adventures.
