Sequins & Fur for New Year's Eve

Y’all, I love when the holidays fall on a weekend. This past weekend was a really nice, relaxing holiday weekend with DG and our boys. My sweet mama had some surgery last week and chose to relax over the holiday, so DG and I will be going down to celebrate this week. This outfit could double for a Christmas outfit but the sequins and fur are also perfect for a New Year’s Eve celebration. Second Empire is named after the architectural period, Second Empire Victorian, which originated in France. This style architecture is present in a couple of additional houses in Oakwood in downtown Raleigh.
