When I posted this post featuring the most popular outfits from my blog and instagram in 2018, I also revealed that doing fashion photos isn’t really my favorite content to create. However, when I was reviewing my most popular posts from 2019, I was surprised to learn that my 10 popular outfits from 2018 was the second most popular blog post I had written. Most of my favorite pieces are still available online because I tend to veer away from trendy pieces and go with more options that transition between the years. So, with that in mind, here are the 10 most popular outfits from 2019 on I’m Fixin’ To.
10 Popular Outfits for 2019
North Carolina T-Shirt & Sequin Skirt
I wore this outfit for my birthday outing with Glory and Kayd on a beautiful, warm January day. This shirt is a favorite from Edge of Urge, a favorite Raleigh shop also seen here. I love pairing a formal skirt with a t-shirt to dress it down!

RBG Graphic Tee & Skinnies
A flat lay of this outfit was one of my most liked posts on Instagram for 2019. I received this shirt as a gift and I paired it with my favorite skinnies and mules for weekend wear. You can see other favorite graphic t-shirts here.

Gal Meets Glam White Jumpsuit
I wore this jumpsuit for our 5th anniversary celebration in Downtown Raleigh, plus often throughout spring and summer. It’s sold out, but here is a good option! I loved that this was lined but was linen so it wasn’t too hot.

Striped Sundress
I loved this striped dress with pockets for the late summer. The button details were a nice touch, as well. Despite the price, the fabric on this dress was thick with a good lining so no need to worry about it being see through!

J. Crew Sweater Dress
This J. Crew sweater dress in this jade color was one of my favorite purchases for the fall and winter. I wore it as pictured but also paired with my favorite OTK boots. You can see more fall outfits here.

Amazon Fashion Sweater Dress
I picked up this sweater dress to wear on our Durham date night to hear Devin Dawson. I loved pairing it with these ankle booties, too! They’ve been a fun item to style this year!

J. Crew Velvet Skirt & Topshop Sweater
This outfit was one of my favorites from the year. This skirt has been in stock in different colors at J. Crew for the past couple of years (also seen here), and I really love pairing it with different types of tops and shoes. I have been living in this Topshop sweater, so this outfit was really very cozy.

Leopard Skirt & Sweater
This outfit transitioned really well between the rapidly changing temperatures this fall and winter. I would just through on a pair of fleece tights and a coat on cold days.

J. Crew Velvet Pants & V-Neck Sweater
I feel the same way about these pants that I do about the velvet skirt. I’ve had one pair of these for two years (seen here), but they are a favorite for work. See how else I styled this jade color here.

Free People Dress
This dreamy Free People dress was perfect for transitioning from summer to fall. The fabric is so soft and I loved the cut of the dress.
